Overview
Design That Helps Close
Sales collateral is one of my most continuous responsibilities at Lumana — an evolving library of materials that gives the sales team what it needs to win. From executive summaries to pricing tools, I design the assets that carry our story into high-stakes conversations. Since I joined, this work has supported a sales team that has surpassed its quarterly goals every quarter.

The Work
A Living Sales Toolkit
Unlike a project with a finish line, sales collateral is never "done." It grows with the company — new products, new industries, new objections to answer. My job is to keep that toolkit sharp, on-brand, and ready for whatever opportunity the sales team is chasing next.
The work spans three areas: the one-pagers that make Lumana's case on a single page, the presentations that carry it into the room, and the enablement tools that let sales move faster without waiting on design.
Documents
Making the Case on Paper
I've designed 150+ sales documents — RFP responses, executive summaries, industry marketing pieces, and product overviews. Each one distills a complex AI video security platform into something a buyer can absorb at a glance, balancing technical credibility with clean, confident design.


Presentations
Carrying the Story Into the Room
From sales decks to investor-facing presentations, I design the narratives that Lumana presents in its most important conversations. These are built to do double duty — visually polished enough to impress, structured clearly enough to sell.
Sales Enablement Tools
Designing Tools, Not Just Documents
The highest-leverage collateral isn't a document at all — it's a system that lets sales serve themselves. I design tools that scale my work far beyond what I could produce by hand.
Pricing Estimate Generator
I designed a branded pricing-estimate document, then used Claude to turn my designs into a templated app — a rep enters the customer details and SKU quantities, and it generates a polished, on-brand estimate instantly.
PandaDoc Templates
I built a set of PandaDoc templates that let sales tailor executive summaries to specific opportunities on their own — turning what used to be a design request into a self-serve task.
Why It Matters
These tools free sales from waiting on me for one-off requests, and free me to focus on higher-impact design. Everyone moves faster, and the brand stays consistent at every touchpoint.
Cross-Functional Build
The generator was a true collaboration — my design direction, an AI-assisted build, and a developer handoff to bring it live. Design thinking applied to an operational problem.
Impact
Built to Win Business
This work doesn't sit in a portfolio — it sits in the room when deals are won. My collateral has supported seven-figure deals instrumental to Lumana's Series A, helped land Fortune 500 customers, and backed a solution now deployed across 50,000+ cameras. Most tellingly, the sales team has surpassed its quarterly goals every quarter since I came on.
